• TRIP GUIDELINES

  Please bring a change of Clothes & Towel for on and off the water.
  
  Suitable layered clothing to be worn including Suitable Hat, Caguole, Fleece, Bouyancy Aid, Spray Deck, DO NOT WEAR DENIM. Packed Lunch, Energy Bars, Hot & Cold Drinks are Essential.
  
  Please let coach know in advance if you wish to participate. - Further details to be e-mailed closer to the time. Trips may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.

• Pool Session Guidelines

  Only Pool Boats to be used, please bring Suitable Swim Wear, Shorts, & T-Shirt.
  
  Helmets and Buoyancy Aids to be worn at all times in the pool. An ideal environment for paddlers to maintain and learn new skills during the winter months including Rescues. Pool Sessions are £3 per head.
