Autumn/Winter Pool Sessions
Pool Sessions are held at the Archbishop Sancroft High School in Harleston. As well as maintaining existing skills during the winter months they also allow you practice skills such as rescues, for next summer in the warmth of the pool. These pool sessions are essential if members want to go onto the higher level courses next year.
The Pool Sessions are £3.00 per head (Buy two get one free for families) and they start between 5.30 and 6.30pm on Sunday Evenings. This covers the cost of renting the pool for the hour. Those attending should wear a helmet and bouyancy aid, as well as swimming costume, shorts and t-shirt - NO MANKINI's please by order of the head coach.

Please keep an eye on your inboxes for trip itenaries closer to the time. It would also be advised that these trips may not go ahead if weather conditions are unsuitable. If you wish to paddle please remember to wear suitable layers of clothing such as fleeces and a caguole, a hat is also necessary as well as drinking water, a change of clothes for on and off the water, a packed lunch, snacks and a hot drink. Bouyancy Aids and Spray Decks are also required for Kayakers. Please do not wear denim.
Should you wish to paddle with us on these trips then please ring the trip leader between 6.00pm and 7.30pm on the friday to register your details with the instructor.
Then ring back again the night before the trip to check if the trip is going ahead.
